Terms and Conditions for The Renewal Collective

1. Program Overview

By enrolling in The Renewal Collective, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below.

The Renewal Collective is a private coaching and support community created by Tania Khazaal for parents navigating family estrangement and complex family relationships.

Members receive guidance, education, and support through live calls, training materials, and participation in the private community.

The Renewal Collective is intended for educational and coaching purposes only and is not therapy, counseling, legal advice, or medical advice.


2. Mental Health Disclaimer

The Renewal Collective provides coaching insights, educational content, and community support for parents navigating estrangement.

Participation in this program does not create a therapist-client relationship, and the program should not be considered a substitute for professional mental health treatment.

If you are experiencing significant emotional distress or require professional psychological support, you are encouraged to seek guidance from a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional.


3. Investment and Payment Terms

The investment for The Renewal Collective is a one-time payment of $2,500 for lifetime access.

Payment must be made in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified.

“Lifetime access” refers to access for the lifetime of the program, meaning as long as The Renewal Collective community and program remain active.


4. Program Format

Members receive access to the private Renewal Collective community hosted on Skool.

The program currently includes:

  • Two live calls per month
  • One call focused on real situations and Q&A
  • One call focused on training and personal development
  • Access to training materials and call recordings
  • Participation in the private community where members may share and receive support

Live sessions may be recorded and made available to members for replay.

Call schedules and program features may evolve over time.


5. Participant Responsibilities

The Renewal Collective is designed for parents seeking thoughtful guidance and support while navigating estrangement.

Participants are expected to:

  • Take personal responsibility for how they apply any information shared
  • Engage respectfully and thoughtfully with other members
  • Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of other participants

Disrespectful, disruptive, or harmful behavior toward other members may result in removal from the community.


6. Responsible Use of Guidance

The Renewal Collective provides educational insights and coaching guidance intended to help participants reflect on their relationships and communication approaches.

Participants are solely responsible for how they choose to apply any guidance, strategies, or ideas discussed within the program.

Tania Khazaal and The Renewal Collective are not responsible for the outcomes of personal decisions, communications, or actions taken by participants.


7. Legal Disclaimer

The Renewal Collective does not provide legal advice.

Any discussions related to family conflict, estrangement, divorce, custody matters, allegations, or legal disputes are provided for educational purposes only.

Participants should consult a qualified legal professional for advice regarding their specific legal situation.


8. No Guarantees

The Renewal Collective is designed to provide guidance, perspective, and community support.

However, no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes, including reconciliation with family members or changes in family relationships.

Every family situation is unique, and outcomes depend on many factors beyond the scope of this program.


9. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

All Renewal Collective materials, including trainings, recordings, and written content, are the intellectual property of Tania Khazaal.

These materials are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, shared, or published without prior written consent.

Participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of other members and not share personal stories or identifying information outside the community.


10. Use of Content in Legal or Personal Disputes

The Renewal Collective and its materials are intended for educational and coaching purposes only.

Program content, trainings, or discussions should not be used as evidence in legal proceedings, disputes, or accusations involving family members or third parties.

Participants are responsible for how they interpret and apply the information shared within the program.


11. Refund Policy

All payments for The Renewal Collective are non-refundable unless otherwise specified at the time of enrollment.

Because members receive immediate access to community materials and training resources upon enrollment, refunds are not typically offered.


12. Program Modifications and Termination

Tania Khazaal reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue The Renewal Collective program at any time.

If the program is discontinued, members will not be charged additional fees.


13. Community Conduct and Privacy

Members agree to engage respectfully within the community and to protect the privacy of other participants.

Harassment, intimidation, or sharing another member’s personal information outside the community may result in removal from the program.
