About Tania Khazaal.

Thank you for being here.

I’m Tania Khazaal - previously known as Tania the Herbalist.

My journey began years ago when I watched my mother lie on her deathbed after a lifetime of pharmaceuticals. That moment changed everything for me. It opened my eyes to how disconnected we’ve become from our own healing and how much power the body holds when it’s given the chance to do what it’s designed to do. I dove deep into natural healing, not just to help others but to understand myself.

I grew up in community housing, in a home that saw both love and hardship. There were beautiful memories, but there was also pain; emotional wounds, unspoken expectations, and patterns that shaped how I saw myself. As the middle child, I often felt unseen. My mom showed her love differently to my siblings, and I interpreted that as I wasn’t loved the same way. That belief followed me into adulthood. I began seeking love and validation outside of myself - in people, achievements, and distractions, until I finally realized that real healing begins within.

From my late teens, I became obsessed with understanding the mind and body. I studied psychology, neuroscience, quantum physics, human behavior, communication... anything that could help me reprogram the patterns I grew up with. I learned how to create peace, how to feel safe in my body, and how to build a life that actually felt like mine. And as I began working with others through my herbal practice, I noticed something profound... people didn’t just need physical healing. They needed emotional healing. They needed help reconnecting with the people they loved, repairing broken relationships, and finding safety in connection again. Because avoidance isn’t healing, it’s pain in disguise.

Through years of my own growth and reconciliation, I realized I carried a gift, the ability to help people see the truth behind their disconnection and rebuild what’s been lost. I’ve witnessed relationships mended, families restored, and peace return where silence once lived.

Today, that’s my mission: to help others heal emotionally, repair their most sacred relationships, and find peace, not through cutting off, but through understanding, communication, courage, and love.

I’m a wife and mother of two, and every part of my life now reflects the healing I once searched for. My work is deeply personal because I’ve lived both sides, the pain of disconnection and the beauty of repair.

So whether you’re here to heal your body, your relationships, or your story, I want you to know this: healing is possible, and connection, in all its forms, can be rebuilt.
